Project Overview
Experiment test for a single pouch lithium-ion battery during a range of discharge rate and Ansys Fluent finite element analysis of temperature distribution, heat generation and current density of LiNiMnCoO2, cathode material (design a single cell, group of cells and battery module) without and with liquid cooling during a discharge process. Ensured the pack operated in a desired temperature range for optimum performance and working life.
Why did you choose this course?
I enjoyed because it is a combination of Maths, Science and Computing. For further job security as it is a multi branch of all engineering departments.
Why did you choose to study at UWTSD?
The location is very suitable, and communication with instructors is easy due to number of students.
What are your future plans?
I am looking ahead to work in a cooling and ventilation system
