Project title: Design Process of a Prototype Motorcycle Swingarm
Project Overview
This work presents the design process followed by the author to develop a prototype swingarm for the Yamaha R6 of the University of Wales Trinity Saint David ‘s motorcycle racing team, to race at the Isle of Man TT racing circuit.
Why did you choose this course?
I have chosen to study this course because of my passion for motorcycles and enthusiasm for the engineering behind a motorcycle.
Why did you choose to attend UWTSD?
Because it was were I could seek a higher education degree in this particular field of engineering.
What are your future plans?
Working in a racing or R&D department of a motorcycle manufacturer.
